Job description

Overview LMI is seeking a Program Manager and Technical SME on the GFEBS system for a partially remote position. This position requires an active Secret Clearance, for which you must be a US Citizen. Responsibilities Actively manage the project from a financial, technical and performance standpoint - ensuring that all deliverables are completed on time and within budget.
Actively manage with the Service Line Director the employees on the project.
Be the main point of contact with the Prime's project manager for all aspects of LMI delivery.
Ensure all LMI and prime requirements are complete in terms of training, timesheet compliance, etc by all members of the team.
Apply comprehensive knowledge to perform research and analysis of new directives and regulations in order to assess their impact on current and planned GFEBS operations and provide appropriate recommendations.
•Lead monitoring of GFEBS server and software systems at Acquisition, Logistics and Technology Enterprise Systems and Services (ALTESS) and Redstone.
•Perform network maintenance to ensure networks operate correctly with minimal interruption.
•Lead the implementation of system changes such as adding the Veritas Cluster Server (VCS) and server upgrades.
•Lead compliance of GFEBS SI and datacenter administrators with GFEBS technical processes in the administration of GFEBS.
•Evaluate outage reports from GFEBS Systems Integrator (SI) for accuracy and completeness, as they work to maintain GFEBS system availability for 35,000 users. Objective is 99.94%.
•Oversee implementation of system components into production such as promoting SAP Business Objects Enterprise (BOE) into production to accommodate increasing numbers of users, processes growing volumes of information, and scales to maintaining high performance.
•Resolve system issues and network connectivity issues as they occur. Objective is within 24 hrs.
•Oversee non-SAP, operational related technical changes implemented in the GFEBS DEV/QAS/PRD Systems.
•Lead efforts troubleshooting for users such as DFAS, Army Budget Office (ABO), PEO Simulation, Training and Instrumentation (STRI) to discover any network related issue existing between the client site and host site which involved NETCOM, CONUS-Theater Network Operations and Security Center (C-TNOSC), Redstone Regional Network Enterprise Center (R-NEC), Joint Regional Security Stack (JRSS), Pentagon, and GFEBS technical team.
•Lead efforts on Disaster Recovery (DR) to ensure continuity of operations.
•Lead system updates for ALTESS and Redstone. Act as the single PMO point of contact for ALTESS and Redstone.
•Lead the implementation for Windows, UNIX and other system upgrades. Ensure Information Assurance Vulnerability (IAV) patches are put in in a timely fashion effectively.
•Resolve login issues for GFEBS users and support contractors.
•Oversee Global Content Delivery Services (GCDS)/Akamai for GFEBS Enterprise Central Component (ECC) systems.
•Oversee SI and datacenter maintenance of 27 support systems such as Remedy Analytics, GRC, Control-M. Qualifications Required:
• 3 years of actively managing projects, personnel or delivery of a complex IT project.
BA/BS with 12 years of experience in IT infrastructure management; functional and demonstrated knowledge of ALTESS.
•Skilled experience analyzing, testing, troubleshooting, and evaluating existing network systems, such as local area networks (LAN), wide area networks (WAN), cloud networks, servers, and other data communications networks.
• Background in delivery of ITIL transition processes.
• Expert knowledge of GFEBS functional requirements and skill in the use of management systems and automated tools in order to provide real-time analysis and properly assess and resolve complicated user operating problems.
•Experience and proficiency with MS Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Project, Word), SharePoint, Defense Connect Online (DCO).
•Active DoD SECRET clearance.

•MA/MS preferred.
•PMP and ITIL certification preferred.
•SAP experience preferred.
