That's where you come in. If you believe in these things too, you're our kind of person! We are currently seeking a Senior Integrated Logistics Support Manager to join our team supporting PMS 435. What you'll do: Provide program acquisition and sustainment logistics management, planning, coordination, and consulting support for engineering and Integrated Product Support (IPS) elements in support of the PMS435 Integrated Logistics Support Manager (ILSM) and NUWC Keyport/Newport Electronic Warfare, Imaging and Radar Logistics Leads Responsibilities: Assists the ILSM/Logistics Leads in the development and execution of product support strategies and product support packages that involves planning, coordinating, and evaluating the execution of Integrated Product Support (IPS) for acquisition and sustainment programs that includes both hardware and software (DevSecOps).
Consult, as industry expert, with the logistics managers, advising on internal logistics program policy development, planning, and implementation.
Analyze Logistics Product Data (LPD) and develop/maintain Acquisition and Sustainment ILS metrics.
Collaborate with other senior CSS personnel and PMO personnel in their areas of expertise to gather, collate and distribute information to the ILSM and Logistic Leads required for ILS execution - including contract SOW/CDRL inputs, budget questions, external data calls, and issues and risks impacting ILS.
Provide documentation development, development support, and document reviews, including, but not limited to the following:
Life Cycle Sustainment Plans (LCSPs)
Demilitarization and Disposal Plans
Item Unique Identification (IUID) Plans
Analysis of Product Support Alternatives (APSAs)
Diminishing Manufacturing Sources and Material Shortages (DMSMS) Plans
Navy Training System Plans
Maintenance Plans, etc
Attend Interoffice leadership meetings. Flow information to ILS Stakeholders as appropriate.
Build PARM level ILS Status Briefs (SSBN/GN Combined Program Review, PMS450 NEWCON ILSMT, PMS397 ILSMT, etc.). Distro as appropriate.
Attend SHAPM/PARM level meetings in place of ILSM if/as required. PSD/BAM support - interact with project assigned B&F personnel, coordinate, and prepare proposed spares buy lists and support direct data entry in PARTS as required.
Support M-DEMOs, IETM Val/Ver, Failure Review Boards, and other major ILS events as tasked.
Collaborate daily with ILSM and Logistics Leads to determine specific needs and requirements and to provide recommendations and advice, within the ILS area, including alternate Courses of Action (COAs) as required.
Supervise, train and mentor mid and junior-level personnel in the technical aspects of assigned work.
Travel domestically and internationally, provide in-person support at MBC and client sites, and obtain and maintain professional certifications and security clearances as required by MBC and/or MBC's clients. These requirements are subject to change without advance notice at the discretion of MBC and MBC's clients Qualifications: Experience in a lead role with a demonstrated record of success in project execution.
Expert familiarity with the 12 DoD elements of Integrated logistics Support (ILS).
Demonstrated interpersonal skills and customer interface experience, with excellent verbal and written communication capabilities.
Familiar with program/project operations including cost, schedule, contract/CDRL and risk management.
Strong working knowledge of MS Office Products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Project)
Education/Experience: Bachelor's degree in Business/Logistics or related field and at least 10 years of job-related experience, of which 4 years must be Department of the NAVY (DoN), with specific Headquarters/Team Sub experience a plus. (A High School diploma with 15 years of Military or DoD experience may be considered in lieu of a bachelor's degree.)
ACTIVE Secret clearance Required
Ability and willingness to travel domestically and internationally using a credit card or prepaid debit card as required by MBC and/or clients
