Job description

Roles & Responsibilities:
Implement and maintain portfolio and program schedules in support of the Navy. You'll collaborate with program leadership to review contracts, project costs, and tactical planning using and integrating tools like MS Project Professional and Project Online, and Power BI reporting tools along with regular interactions with experts from teams of engineering, logistics, program analysts, and project schedulers. Position Qualifications Required:
• 3+ years of experience building, analyzing, and managing integrated master schedules in Microsoft Project
• 3+ years of experience with Program Management for a large-scale acquisition program
• 3+ years of experience providing schedule analyses, including slip and risk mitigation strategies
• 3+ years of experience performing Critical Path analyses, Schedule Health Assessments, and Schedule Risk Assessments
• Demonstrated experience using Milestones Professional Position Qualifications Desired:
• Experience with creating, managing, and integrating both DoD and vendor project schedules
• Experience with scheduling a program or project with an Earned Value Management (EVM) requirement
• Knowledge of the Defense Acquisition Life Cycle and the Planning, Programming, and Budgeting Execution (PPBE) processes
• Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills
