We are currently seeking an FMS Program Analyst to join our team based in Arlington, Virginia, and at the Wahington Navy Yard supporting PEO IWS 4.0. This position is hybrid, and requires 3 days on-site in Crystal City (Arlington), VA. What you'll do: The Junior FMS Program Analyst will support PEO IWS 4.0 with the day-to-day management of Security Assistance Programs and assigned Foreign Military Sales (FMS) cases. Responsibilities: Provide Program Management Support to the Case Manager to include coordinating weekly calls, tracking deliverables, building briefs as required Develop Price and Availability (P&A) and Letters of Offer and Acceptance (LOA)
Understanding and ability to navigate and build LOAs in DSAMS
Analyze data utilizing MISIL, DIFS and SCIP systems
Prepare briefs for Program Management Reviews (PMR) and lead minute taking, Action Item tracking and report outs during PMRs
Draft letters, correspondence, documentation for multiple customer/country FMS cases at the Case Manager's direction
Interact with other Program Offices for pricing information and Action Items responses as needed
Continually improve processes as requested by Case Manager
Track Action Items from Program Management meetings and coordinate and draft responses
Attend meetings and take notes, follow on Actions as needed Lead drum beat sync ups with the team
Qualifications: Expertise in DSAMS application is Required
At least one year of experience supporting a FMS U.S. Navy program offices
Geographic proximity to attend meetings in-person at the Washington Navy Yard, as required by Government.
Bachelor's degree from an institution accredited in the United States
Active Secret Security clearance
Proficiency using Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
Strong verbal and written interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
Ability to travel domestically and internationally using a credit card or prepaid debit card as required by MBC and/or clients
