This is an opportunity to create effectiveness for space clients. As an Organizational Transformation Consultant, you'll use your expertise to assess how personnel management impacts strategy. From unrealized potential to systemic challenges, you'll provide your client with a holistic view of their organization and programs to transform their practices for the better. Your work will drive improvements to space capabilities through talent models, employee development, and HR te chn ology systems, while also unearthing new areas for optimization. Join us. The world can't wait. You Have: Experience leading or supporting Human Capital Management efforts
Experience interfacing with and presenting to senior military, government, or industry employees
Knowledge of Department of the Air Force HR systems, as well as mission and organizational structure
Ability to work up to 100% on client site
Ability to travel up to 25% of the time
Secret clearance Bachelor's degree Nice If You Have: Experience at a major consulting firm, with a defense contractor or the U.S. military
Master's degree

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $75,600.00 to $172,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
