Job Description PRIMARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Establish and implement workflow processes and structure for Department of Defense mission sustainment activities
Provide analytical recommendations to the DoD customer
Manage and coordinate project review meetings with stakeholders and record outcomes from meetings
Manage and track the status of pending DoD taskers
Coordinate with outside organizations and private entities as needed
Prepare and report on metrics, action reports, and reconciliation of pending or overdue actions
Other duties as assigned Requirements MINIMUM SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS:
5+ years' of experience managing and coordinating project review meetings with stakeholders and recording outcomes from meetings
Experience with Mission Sustainment, Encroachment Mitigation, and/or Clean/Renewable Energy projects
Experience with the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) Obstruction Evaluation/Airport Airspace Analysis (OE/AAA) system for performing review of renewable energy systems impacts to aviation operations
Experience managing and tracking the status of pending DoD taskers
Ability to implement new processes and procedures Ability to pay meticulous attention to detail and collaborate effectively Ability to travel as needed Active Secret ClearanceDESIRED SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS:
