The Opportunity: As a program management spe cia list, you know the complexities of supporting a project from concept to completion. O n our team, you'll implement and maintain organizational programs in support of a Program Executive Office. You'll work with key stakeholders to review contracts and project cost accounting. You'll help with tactical planning and have regular interactions with SMEs, customers, and leadership. You Have: 15+ years of experience with program and project management Knowledge of DITPR, DON, PBIS, PBIS IT, Public Affairs Correspondence, or Navy Correspondence Ability to write DoD guidelines Secret clearance Bachelor's degree Nice If You Have: E xperience with Microsoft Office Suite to develop briefs, briefing memos, talking points, and other materials to organize, query, and maintain technical, financial, programmatic, and administrative information E xperience with creating high-impact presentations for senior executives, including board meetings, investor presentations, and strategic briefings E xperience with providing a wide variety of data analysis to facilitate project and portfolio planning and guide programmatic decisions E xperience in a Program Executive Office (Echelon II) environment Ability to distill complex information into clear, concise, and actionable insights that resonate with leadership Ability to create and support the continuous process improvement initiatives Possession of excellent interpersonal skills in a cross-functional team environment to coordinate and consolidate progress reports for project teams, customers, collaborators, stakeholders, and organizational leaders Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Research, Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field Clearance: Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; Secret clearance is required. Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $75,600.00 to $172,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
