Salary range - $120,000 to $135,000 Must be located in the Washington DC metropolitan area Must have TS/SCI Must have experience with Business Development and Program Management within the intelligence sector. We are seeking an experienced Business Developer with program management skills to lead our efforts in expanding our presence and securing new contracts within the intelligence sector. This role requires a strategic mindset, strong leadership skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of intelligence agencies, their missions, and procurement processes. Duties & Responsibilities: Business Development: Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities within the intelligence community Develop customer and partner engagement plans Lead the creation and execution of account plans for key intelligence agencies Expand the company's penetration in targeted growth areas such as Insider Threat, SIGINT, GEOINT, ALLSOURCE, HUMINT Market Analysis and Strategy: Analyze intelligence community markets to identify potential opportunities for company products and services Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for intelligence program offerings Stay informed on intelligence agency priorities, organizational structures, and competitive landscape Proposal Development: the development of compelling proposals and bids for intelligence program contracts Collaborate with technical teams to ensure proposed solutions meet agency requirements Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in intelligence agencies Network within the intelligence community to gather market intelligence and identify emerging opportunities Program Management: Develop detailed project plans, including scope, goals, timelines, resources needed and deliverables Manage project budgets and track expenses Identify and mitigate potential risks throughout the project lifecycle Communicate project statues, issues, and results to stakeholders at all levels Lead and motivate project team members Ensure projects meet quality standards and satisfy client requirements Coordinate internal resources to execute projects Monitor project progress and make adjustments as needed to ensure on-time, on-budget completion Identify and mitigate risks across multiple projects Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field desired 5+ years of experience in business development within the intelligence sector Deep understanding of intelligence community agencies, missions, and procurement processes Strong knowledge of intelligence-related technologies, tools and services Excellent communication and presentation skills Ability to obtain and maintain required security clearances Preferred Qualifications: Advanced degree in a relevant field Experience with intelligence and counter-intelligence agencies Track record of successful contract wins in the intelligence sector This role offers an opportunity to play a key leadership role in expanding our company's impact on critical technology and mission challenges across Intelligence Community accounts.
