Job description

Description Endictus Corp. is seeking a dynamic, experienced Program Manager that will be support the Contracting Officer and the COR of the Department of Homeland Security, Cybersecurity Infrastructure Security Agency (CISA). This position is contingent upon contract award with an estimated start date of March 2025. Requirements The Program Manager will oversee and coordinate efforts for multiple personnel to ensure alignment with organizational goals. This is considered a key program position, and the candidate must be able to communicate effectively with stakeholders to build relationships and facilitate collaboration. Responsibilities include: Develop, manage, and optimize program budgets for resource allocation and cost efficiency. Identify, assess, and mitigate risks to ensure successful program delivery. Provide regular updates on program status, challenges, and outcomes to corporate management as well as government customer. Evaluate and enhance program management processes and methodologies for continuous improvement. Monitor and develop subordinates and ensure productivity and engagement. Developing schedules and formulating work plans, performing quality control. Minimum Education and Years of Experience Requirement Bachelor's degree Business Administration, Management, or a related field. An active PMI Project Management Professional (PMP ) or PMI Program Management Professional (PMP ) Certification. Demonstrated experience with the management, manpower utilization, and supervision of employees (including subcontractors) of various labor categories and skill. Demonstrated experience in a quality assurance environment. Demonstrated experience in government acquisitions and contracts. Demonstrated experience in SharePoint. Demonstrated experience in development of training techniques.
