Check out our website at Home - Metronome () Description: Roles & Responsibilities: In conjunction with Portfolio leadership, manage risk to the portfolio and the complexities of five MyNavy HR programs. Implement and maintain an organizational risk program in support of the Navy client. Develop or sustain a risk management plan outlining procedures for the management of risk in MyNavy HR. Serve as the subject matter expert for all things risk management, to include the Risk Management Tool housed in SharePoint and displayed using Power Bi. Coordinate with key stakeholders to review risks to the program and work with the government civilian teams and military members on mitigation efforts. Conduct regular interactions with Program Managers, key stakeholders, and developmental teams through weekly risk reviews. Prepare portfolio risk products and the MyNavy HR leadership for PEO and higher-level risk briefings. Required Skills Position Skills: 3+ years of experience in a professional work environment
Experience in collaborating with Stakeholders and program Managers on a daily basis to collect risk details.
Knowledge of risk management practices and tools
Ability to effectively communicate and present risks to military officers, senior stakeholders, Program Managers, and project team members Ability to autonomously and effectively lead a high-visibility risk management program Ability to run weekly virtual risk meetings with many participants and collect live feedback Ability to coordinate risk resolution and mitigation steps with project team members Ability to become a Subject Matter Expert and the go-to person across the organization Desired Skills Desired Skills: PMI Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification

Ability to use Microsoft Office Suite
