and veteran applicants. Description: The Automation Systems Operator is responsible for running and providing Tier1 support for developed Robotic Process Automation (RPA) automations. The Automation Systems Operator will be part of an RPA team supporting a Federal client at the enterprise level that create automation solutions for financial management leadership. Job Responsibilities: Strong familiarity with Enterprise level technologies including most user functionalities of MS Teams, VPN, VM Desktops, Citrix Desktops, UiPath Studio, Microsoft Power Platform, ability to use common tools such as MS Outlook email, Excel workbooks, take and save screenshots. Ability to follow an operator checklist to prepare, initiate and constantly monitor multiple simultaneous RPA Automation runs in an enterprise level virtual desktop environment. Ensure all automations complete satisfactorily in accordance with the automation schedule. Tier1 Support: Monitor a dedicated Microsoft Teams channel to provide operational communications and tier1 diagnostic support to up to 400 external RPA Automation operators. Recognize and escalate issues beyond specified Tier1 support levels to Tier2 developer support Maintain a good knowledge of current UiPath Studio and basic Orchestrator tenant features as it relates to starting, monitoring, and completing automation runs. Become knowledgeable and utilize all resources available including UiPath Logs, Support Desk Knowledge base, Google to diagnose minor issues, and to provide Tier 2-3 support valuable details about the issue when escalating. Required: Applicants MUST be U.S. citizens able to obtain a Secret-level clearance. Candidates with a current Secret (or higher) clearance are highly desired. Experience with Software Development Lifecycle Management. Strong communication skills and ability to work in a collaborative environment. Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Information Technology, or the equivalent combination of education, training or work-related experience. Special Skills: Experience with or Training Certificates in UiPath Studio and Microsoft Power Platform Basic knowledge/experience of Orchestrator functionality or a training Certificate Strong experience using MS Excel IT Support experience a plus Strong experience using sharing and collaborative tools such as MS Teams Familiarity with remote desktop usages such as VMWare or Citrix Desktops Familiar with using a VPN to remotely connect Familiarity with MS Outlook Email
