Our DoD government prime client currently has an opening for a Sr. Front Office Executive Assistant (EA). This position will be located onsite daily at The Pentagon, in Arlington, VA, and will support them and their government customers. This opportunity offers the chance to work with some of the best and brightest minds in the Department of Defense and US Industry to develop, implement, and transition Artificial Intelligence (AI) capability across the Department.

This opening for an Executive Assistant (EA) to provide executive level support for Department of Defense Office of the Chief Digital and Artificial Intelligence Officer (CDAO). Under the direction of our government, the Executive Assistant will provide administrative support to executive-level 2 and 3 Star Generals, management, and key technical personnel across the Executive Director's Front Office. This will include primarily clerical functions: keep calendars, arranging travel, keeping the executive on time, arranging meetings, ensuring read ahead material is available, etc. The candidate will be the executive assistant support for the CDAO's Executive Director/Director of Front Office Operations located in Arlington, VA

Responsibilities:

Performs clerical functions such as preparing correspondence and reports, handling information requests, receiving visitors, arranging conference calls, arranging and coordinating travel, scheduling meetings, facilities management, and monitoring physical security.

Coordinates/communicates behalf of the organization's leadership, including calls, responding to email and interfacing, with stakeholders or their staff at all levels.

Provide comprehensive support services for daily operations in areas of normal administrative service functions to include action suspense tracking, workload prioritization, calendar maintenance, communications, correspondence and distribution services, reporting, procurement of administrative supplies, property administration, security management, as well as travel (requires familiarity with the use of the Defense Travel System) and transportation, directives, and training.

Responsible for managing the quality of correspondence provided to the Government Senior Executive Leadership's review.
