Work you'll do Looking for a Senior Consultant to assist with the financial planning of budgetary requirements across multiple program teams. Activities include: Spend plan development, out-year planning, execution of funds, and UFR drills, among other financial execution related activities. Financial Analysis and Execution (Business Process Improvement, Assessment and Improvement of Financial Management Systems, Strategic Financial Planning, Business Program and Project Management) that will aid the client in completing the mission. Qualifications Required: Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future Must be able to maintain the required security clearance for this role -active TS/SCI with Polygraph Bachelor's Degree 12 years: Finance relevant experience Ability to travel 0-25%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve. Preferred: Advise on all aspects of financial performance to assist in maximizing mission value, mitigate financial risk and meet financial commitments Design process and procedures to support financial reporting requirements to leadership including spend plans, budgeting and planning Implement processes and procedures supporting SLA establishment as well as providing expert guidance on contractual requirements, obligations, and funding tenure Monitor and provide analysis of spending trends, obligation, execution rates, and maintain communication with Budget and Plans Process budgetary requirements and financial reports Assist workforce with guidance in financial processing and policies Design, implement and improves processes and procedures for planning out-year budgeting Support the development and drafting of contributions to the Congressional Budget Justification Book Prepare effective correspondence to justify increases in funding and to explain programs to further program goals Information for applicants with a need for accommodation: &J
