R- Description Leidos' Digital Modernization sector is seeking a senior IT Asset Management professional for the GSM-O contract. This position is 100% on-site in Arlington, VA and a TS/SCI is required (with ability to obtain CI Poly). ABOUT THE POSITION: As our IT Asset Management Specialist, you will manage aspects of the software and hardware assets within the CESO program environment. Primary responsibilities include: Support property manager duties.
Complete monthly inventory reports per government guidelines.
Support inventory control process to account for property received, shipped, excessed, moved or transferred property and excessed property.
Provide monthly inventory reports in accordance with government guidelines.
Develop inventory control processes to account for property received, shipped, excessed, moved or transferred.
Monitor software licenses to ensure they comply with license agreements and usage standards.
Ensure audit compliance for IT software assets.
Develop material handling processes for shipping, receiving, storage and disposition of property.
Establish program-level Defense Property Accountability System(s) for incoming property (Line Item Receiving Report), transferred property and excessed property.
Coordinate and perform all property accountability functions and property management functions in accordance with government guidance and industry best practices.
Serve as mentor to other Asset Management team members. Required Qualifications: Active TS/SCI with the ability to obtain and maintain a CI Poly
Bachelor's Degree and 4+ years of experience working in Asset Management. Additional years of logistics experience considered in lieu of degree.
Proficiency with Excel pivot tables
Experience with property accounting processes to include the associated forms.
Knowledge of automated inventory control systems.
Experience with ordering, processing, shipping, receiving, packaging, material handling, property accountability and discharge of excess property.
Experience with processing paperwork related DD1149s. Preferred Qualifications: Prior experienced with DISA and DISA's support to mission partners
