Our client, one of the largest General Contractors in the Mid-Atlantic, is seeking a Senior Superintendent - Health Care to join their growing team. This role offers the opportunity to oversee high-impact healthcare construction projects, including interior fit-outs, renovations, and new construction. Their healthcare division is expanding rapidly, managing $200M+ annually in healthcare projects, including MRI facilities, outpatient clinics, and urgent care centers.

Description

  • Lead and oversee healthcare construction projects from inception to completion.
  • Manage site activities, enforce schedules, and ensure safety and quality standards.
  • Anticipate and resolve project challenges while maintaining positive labor and subcontractor relations.
  • Coordinate with project teams, reporting directly to the VP of Operations.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant certifications and safety regulations.

Profile

The ideal candidate has at least 10 years of supervisory experience in healthcare construction, with a strong General Contracting background. CHC Certification is required or must be obtained within the first year. You should be skilled in managing construction sites, addressing project issues proactively, and ensuring safety and schedule adherence. Proficiency in MS Office and strong communication skills are essential. Experience in healthcare interiors, renovations, and new construction is a must.

Job Offer

  • Competitive base salary: $150k - $175k.
  • Monthly vehicle allowance of $1,100 or company vehicle after one year.
