Job description
Overview: IntelliBridge is an award-winning and growing company with an immediate need for a skilled and energetic Sr. Business Process Analyst supporting the US Marshals Service (USMS). The analyst will support a 4-person contract team evaluating policy, process, and technology challenges across the entire USMS enterprise. The analyst is required to possess excellent verbal/written communication and interpersonal skills, an IT acumen, intrinsic curiosity, and a desire to learn new skills and processes. USMS currently permits telework four days per week with one in-office day per week, chosen by the individual. Description Works closely with users, stakeholders, and IT personnel to effectively and efficiently elicit requirements, streamline processes, improve access to information, and define business and technical needs.
Develops project deliverables including requirements specification documents, as-is and to-be Visio process maps and narratives, and business cases that support and justify IT capital investments.
Conducts market research and analyses of solution alternatives, including cost-benefit, risks, issues, feasibility, and implementation schedule.
Designs/re-designs workflows and processes to eliminate bottlenecks, chokepoints, pain points, and waste to improve productivity, decision making, and the utilization of assets and resources.
Provides thought leadership to help clients fundamentally rethink how they do their work in order to dramatically improve customer service and reduce operational costs.
Provides project management support, including identification and management of project issues and risks, assistance with design mockups, leading functional teams, performing benchmark analyses, and analyzing project data.
Required Skills and Qualifications: Strong requirements elicitation and process modeling skills are critical.
Strong Verbal and Written Communication Skills across all levels (users, stakeholders, leadership, and IT).
Relationship builder with the flexibility and finesse to "manage by influence."
High energy, maturity, and leadership with the ability to serve as a thought leader for business process analysis discussions at the strategic and tactical levels.
Preferred Skills and Qualifications: Proficient in project/portfolio management to align programs, projects, and operations to realize organizational strategic goals.
Develop holistic, enterprise-level approaches that may require a reimagining of the way IT services are delivered.
Working knowledge of IT equipment, enterprise applications, networking concepts, database and commercial of the shelf (COTS) software, cloud platforms, and software as a service (SaaS) functionality.
Basic proficiency of MS Visio desired.
Has comprehensive knowledge and experience with federal government regulations, policies, and culture.
Fundamental knowledge of government contracting, procurement lifecycle, and FedRAMP certification.
Experience Requirements: Minimum of 4 years of consulting, directly relevant industry experience, and/or educational training in related fields.
Minimum of 1 year experience in a position related to IT project blueprinting, IT project planning, or IT project deployment
Experience and proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite - Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
Education Requirements: Bachelor's Degree required; PMP or CSM preferred. Location: USMS HQ located in Arlington, VA, work in-person one day a week, telework four days per week. Travel: Eligible for government-funded travel, but none routinely expected. Clearance: Able to obtain Public Trust with Moderate Risk Background Investigation (MBI).
