If you are a dedicated Sr. Data Analyst with experience in Federal or DoD Financial Reporting and Remediation efforts in either General Funds or Working Capital Funds, we want you to join our team! Position Overview: As a Data Analyst specializing in independent quality assurance reviews of program performance and deliverables to ensure that contractual obligations are met. Responsibility for on-site quality control, review and approval of working papers and findings and adherence to applicable standards, laws, policy, and regulations. Leads teams for complex work streams and/or are recognized experts in the area of accounting or financial management and business systems. Level IVs primarily interact with FM&C and Government clients at the Division Head and above Level. Key Responsibilities: Works with Delivery Manager, Solutions Architect, Business Analysts and other stakeholders in identifying and defining requirements Collaborate with business and technical SMEs to define automations, business rules, and exceptions. Contribute to and author technical design documents (TDD) and process design documents (PDD). Identify and create reusable automation components and ensure consistency in design across use-cases. Develop automations/customizations utilizing PowerShell/Linux Scripting, Python, Java, .NET and third party APIs. Develop automations/customizations utilizing with Client/Server, SaaS Platforms and REST APIs with payload as JSON, XML etc. Installation of UiPath software and required third party libraries and components. Collaborate with DevOps/Platform Engineering to develop CI-CD pipeline for UiPath automation including automated test execution Implement Bot throughput logging, auditing, and exception handling. Contribute and plan UiPath/automation stack upgrades to newer/latest version. Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with business and IT. Estimate development efforts and provide guidance on development timelines, risks and constraints. Conduct code review with peers to ensure adherence to requirements and coding standard. Utilize data mapping and transformation techniques to facilitate GL migration. • Perform data validation and reconciliation to verify the accuracy of migrated data. • Identify and troubleshoot data migration issues, ensuring timely resolution. • Document migration processes, data flow, and best practices. • Provide support and training to end-users during and after migration. Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Data Science, or related field. • Proven experience (9+ years) in data analysis and data migration, with a focus on General Ledger within ERP systems and Robotic Process Automation. • Proficiency in RPA systems (e.g., UiPath). • Strong understanding of financial concepts, accounting principles, and data governance. • Excellent data manipulation skills using tools like Excel, SQL, or Python. • Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving abilities. • Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment. • Federal government consulting experience (preferred but not required).
