Your role involves formulating and executing tailored strategies that align with broader defense objectives, ensuring seamless integration and performance of contracted services. In this role, you will not only manage critical accounts but also inspire and guide a team of seasoned professionals, ensuring that our solutions and strategies exceed the strategic needs of our military clients and contribute to national defense and operational superiority. Key Responsibilities: Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategic account plans that align with military readiness goals and operational requirements.
Stakeholder Engagement: Cultivate and manage high-level relationships with key military stakeholders to understand their evolving needs and ensure the alignment of services and solutions.
Operational Excellence: Oversee the delivery of products and services, ensuring they meet stringent military standards and contribute to mission success.
Performance Optimization: Analyze performance metrics and operational data to identify opportunities for enhancement and drive continuous improvement.
Risk Management: Proactively identify and mitigate potential risks to account performance and project execution, ensuring mission-critical timelines are met. Your role is pivotal in ensuring that our solutions not only meet but exceed the strategic needs of our military clients, contributing to national defense and operational superiority. Required Skills: TS/SCI Clearance: Must have an active TS/SCI clearance.
Program and Project Management: Over 5 years of experience in managing complex programs and projects.
DoD/Intelligence Community Experience: More than 10 years of experience in the Department of Defense (DoD) or Intelligence Community, specifically supporting Army programs.
Proposal and Acquisition Support: At least 5 years of successful experience in proposal development and acquisition support.
Contract Management: Proven track record managing large, complex, multi-task contracts.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Experience working effectively in a "one-team" environment, integrating multiple specialties.
Leadership and Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability in a leadership role, working with senior management to solve customer challenges and lead teams to success.
Project Management Expertise: Strong foundation in applying project management concepts and principles in a professional setting.
Task Order Oversight: Experience overseeing planning, approval, and implementation in a multi-task order environment.
Task Order Execution: Ability to define, manage, and explain the scope, cost, and timeline of task order work.
Risk Management: Skilled in performing task analysis to identify impacts and risks associated with project tasks.
Cost and Quality Improvement: Capable of evaluating project protocols and procedures to reduce costs and enhance the quality of completed assignments.
Technical Documentation: Experience in writing and reviewing technical documents and preparing monthly status reports.
Procurement Management: Expertise in procuring materials and labor to fulfill contract agreements.
Contractor and Subcontractor Management: Proven experience managing contractor personnel and subcontractors.
GEOINT and Intelligence Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of Army GEOINT and Intelligence programs and functions.
GEOINT Capabilities: Expert understanding of GEOINT capabilities.
Presentation Skills: Strong ability to develop and deliver presentations effectively. Desired Skills or Experience: Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills for effective collaboration.
Army Intelligence Support: Experience supporting Army Intelligence functions or operations.
Army Components Experience: Familiarity with USARPAC, AFC, AGC, INSCOM, or other Army components.
