As a change management consultant, you'll lead a team and assess how alternations will impact business processes and design to develop strategic plans, organizational strategies, and optimize business processes. You Have: 10+ years of experience in strategic planning, organizational assessments, and strategic messaging 3+ years of experience in Navy Programs operations Experience providing strategic level thinking in support of senior government leadership Ability to craft strategic messages for various levels of government leadership, ensuring impact and expected outcomes are achieved Secret clearance Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Research, Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or Mathematics Nice If You Have: Possession of excellent written and verbal communication skills Certification in Organizational Design, Change Management, or PMP Clearance: Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; Secret clearance is required. Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $75,600.00 to $172,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
