Position Overview: ANSER is seeking a technical semiconductor senior program analyst to provide expertise to research and/or development work on complex projects necessitating the origination and application of new and unique approaches. In this key role you will act as subject matter expert in technical and semiconductor and microelectronics fields. You will review program documentation to ensure compliance with standards or requirements and adherence to program milestones. Day to day responsibilities include: Design and apply advanced methods, theories, and research techniques in the investigation and solution of complex and difficult systems design requirements to evaluate or reengineer customer mission-oriented business programs or initiatives. Facilitate decision support in customer collaboration efforts, working groups, or teams. Applies engineering experience to perform functions such as system integration, configuration management, quality assurance testing, and acquisition and resource management. Analyze design, develop, implement, test, or evaluate system components related to engineering or functional requirements of operational systems, support systems, or management information systems. Provide all phases of the survey process for mission-oriented business issues. Organize and document findings of studies and prepares recommendations for implementation. Oversee and manage projects and programs. Provide specialized knowledge in specific engineering processes, methods, or disciplines. Required Qualifications: Masters degree in technical field such as manufacturing, computer science, engineering or other similarly related discipline. Ten (10) years progressive experience in the semiconductor, manufacturing, microelectronics or technical industries. Three (3) years experience running, leading or managing projects or programs in the semiconductor, microelectronic or manufacturing industries. Experience presenting findings, recommendations and solutions verbally and in writing to senior leadership and stakeholders. Ability to obtain and maintain a SECRET security clearance. Preferred Qualifications: Prior experience working with government agencies. Experience/knowledge of supporting policy and process improvement activities.
