Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and highly qualified Subject Matter Expert & Senior Quality Assurance Analyst to support our health and social services recovery initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess a Master's degree and a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience, or equivalent expertise. This dual-role position requires a unique blend of specialized knowledge and quality assurance skills to drive solution development, ensure the highest quality standards, and oversee the successful execution of project activities and objectives

Key Responsibilities:

Subject Matter Expert Responsibilities:

Serve as the primary expert in a specialized topic related to health and social services recovery.

Apply advanced theoretical knowledge and practical experience to develop effective solutions tailored to client needs.

Conduct program planning, assessment, evaluation, and prepare technical reports to support project objectives.

Lead and facilitate discussions and meetings with clients and project teams, ensuring alignment on project goals and deliverables.

Stay current with industry trends, regulations, and best practices to enhance project effectiveness.

Quality Assurance Analyst Responsibilities:

Develop and implement quality assurance plans and programs to maintain product and service quality throughout the lifecycle.

Monitor operations to prevent defects and ensure adherence to quality plans and requirements.

Analyze and investigate adverse quality trends, initiating corrective actions as necessary.

Employ quality management systems, tools, and techniques, including ISO 9000/9001 and Malcolm Baldrige Quality Award criteria, to drive organizational transformation.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to promote a culture of quality and continuous improvement.

Requirements

Master's degree or equivalent experience.

Minimum of 10 years of experience in health and social services recovery, quality assurance, or related fields.

Demonstrated expertise in Quality Processes and Business Process Optimization.

Strong knowledge of quality management systems and methodologies.

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders.

Proven track record of successful project management and solution development.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with specific tools or software relevant to the position .

Familiarity with specific regulations or guidelines pertinent to the field .

Previous experience with mention any relevant sectors or organizations .
