Project Control Officer Job Category: Information Technology Time Type: Full time Minimum Clearance Required to Start: Secret Employee Type: Regular Percentage of Travel Required: Up to 10% Type of Travel: Local The Opportunity: CACI's Agile Solution Factory (ASF) is hiring a temporary Project Control Officer for surge support to a product team based in Ashburn, VA! Join this passionate team of industry-leading individuals supporting the Best Practices in Agile Software Development for the Department of Defense. ASF programs thrive in a culture of innovation and are constantly seeking individuals who can bring creative ideas to solve complex problems, both technical and procedural at the team and portfolio levels. The ability to be adaptable and to work constructively with a technically diverse and geographically separated team is crucial. The candidate will work as an integral part of a small portfolio team on a temporary assignment to support the strategic development and implementation of portfolio requirements and initiatives. The candidate shall also help organize, track, and report portfolio backlog and document new and existing business processes. Responsibilities: Establish and/or refine existing business processes, capability needs, business requirements, and business information models.
Develop series of portfolio specific standard operating procedures (SOPs)
Clearly and effectively communicate with Program Leadership and portfolio stakeholders.
Create data flow and process flow diagrams to enable better system understanding.
Communicate with stakeholders to identify business needs and status in-progress operations.
Track Team/Project Action Items
Facilitate/monitor project purchasing.
Monitoring portfolio performance and timelines
Non-program support to CACI indirect functions as required
Lead/Assist with any data calls requested by customers.
Ensure program tasks are accomplished in accordance with contract terms and conditions.
Ensure that all assigned work activities are performed in a timely and cost-effective manner while maintaining the highest quality of performance. Qualifications: Required: College degree (B.S.) in business management, Information Management Systems or a related discipline, Equivalent professional experience will be considered in lieu of degree.
10+ years of prior experience with project control, coordination, and/or business analyst.
Must be able to create and maintain your own documentation/artifacts.
Must be a U.S. Citizen with at least an interim DOD Secret clearance or higher.
Experience analyzing data and data relationships across an organization's business areas.
Experience conducting interviews with stakeholders to gather pertinent information.
Strong skills with MS Office tools (Excel, Word, Project, PowerPoint, Visio) and SharePoint.
Ability to innovate with cutting edge tools and technologies.
Highly responsible, team-oriented individual with very strong work ethic and a self-starter
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong collaboration skills and desire to work within a team.
Experience in estimating techniques.
Familiarity with Agile Scrum methodologies.
Familiarity with IT operations, SDLC, procurement policies and lifecycle
Ability to be adaptable and to work constructively with a technically diverse team .

Pay Range: There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications.
