My client is seeking a well established Project Manager based out of Ashburn, VA. My Client has become a highly respected leader in the Northern Virginia construction industry. With a focus on projects valued at $20M and under, including Build-to-Suit, Flex/Industrial, Institutional, Distribution Centers, Low-rise Office, Retail, Tenant Interiors, Repositioning, and Specialty Construction.

Description

As a Project Manager, you will oversee commercial construction projects from conception to completion, managing multiple projects across Base Building or Interior sectors. Base Building projects range from $5M-$20M, while Interior projects focus on tenant improvements valued between $1M-$5M. In this role, you'll handle full-cycle project management, including estimating, subcontractor buy-out, cost control, scheduling, and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage multiple commercial projects ranging from $1M-$20M
  • Oversee estimating, scheduling, and cost control
  • Negotiate subcontractor buy-out and manage contracts
  • Lead project teams and maintain project timelines
  • Ensure project completion within budget and schedule
  • Conduct progress meetings and manage project documentation
