Responsibilities: Responsible for supporting the security engineering team, providing technical direction, and serving as the ServiceNow Subject Matter Expert (SME) Identify and mitigate development and technical risks by providing research, design ideas, ServiceNow best practices, and actual contributions to the development Design and update Service Portal front end components Interface with executive stakeholders to align ServiceNow solutions with business goals and emerging trends. Lead the integration of new/updated modules, store applications, integrations, and spokes. Develop technical solutions on the ServiceNow platform that align with ITIL, ITSM, ITOM, and CMDB best practices. Work on ticketing incidents, including creating, changing, and modifying workflows and configuring incident routing. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and lead the implementation of ServiceNow solutions that meet designed requirements and industry best practices. Assist in the design and integration of ServiceNow with other systems to create seamless end-to-end processes. Oversee development and data management for integrations between ServiceNow Platform and other systems like Active Directory. Possess expert knowledge and experience in ServiceNow Job Requirements Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a related technical discipline, or the equivalent combination of education, professional training or work experience (6 years) 5+ years of experience with Service-Now 5+ years of experience with JavaScript ServiceNow certifications (System Administration, Application Development, Implementation) are a plus. Experience ITSM, ITAM, CMDB, ELA, ServiceNow workflow script Data Migration, Integration Management experience Strong written and verbal communications skills and the ability to interact with people at all levels are required A professional attitude regarding attention to detail and customer service Excellent organizational skills are required US Citizenship is required The successful candidate must meet eligibility requirements to access sensitive information, which requires US citizenship.
