Enterprise Monitoring Analyst Location: Springfield, VA What You'll Get to Do:
• Enterprise Monitoring Analysts improve work force productivity and quality by anticipating and eliminating potential delays through planning, scheduling, and coordinating maintenance resources and activities
• Panama (2 on, 2 off, 3 on, 2 off, 2 on, 3 off) Shift work - 12 hour shifts , or
• Coordinates with operations, maintenance personnel, and maintenance management
• Plans for and schedules shutdowns (major and minor)
• Is capable of critical Path Analysis
• Keeps the team informed of abnormal or critical situations
• Researches
• Scopes work
• Develops task instructions
• Plans and monitors
• Elicits requirements You'll Bring These Qualifications:
• Active TS/SCI with Polygraph
• Each of the IO Enterprise Monitoring Team resources shall have five (5) years' experience maintaining IT infrastructure and services in one of the COMM IT domains or equivalent.
• Each of the IO Enterprise Monitoring Team shall be current in the DoD 8140 IAT Level I (Security+) requirement (or higher) and one of the following IT certifications listed:
• ServiceNow System Administrator (ServiceNow Fundamentals)
• ITIL V3 Foundation
• ITIL 4 Foundation • Requires good communication skills for the effective and accurate exchange of information across a multi-location enterprise, with customer visibility into crew-based actions and response
