Responsibilities Technica is seeking a .Net Developer to support our team at Missions Ridge in Chantilly, VA. The successful candidate must have the following skills and experience: Minium 5 years of experience with programming and software development including analysis, design, development, implementation, testing, maintenance, quality assurance, troubleshooting and/or upgrading of software systems. At least 2-4 years of experience using .NET software. This is position is a hybrid opportunity when required to be onsite location is at our Missions Ridge in Chantilly, VA. The government has established policies for on-site vs remote work which varies across divisions and contracts. Staff are obligated to adhere to these and other FBI policies and react accordingly as policies change over time. Where allowed, remote work must be coordinated with the team lead and/or government POC, ensuring there is zero interruption with the delivery of our services. Requirements Must have Active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or other related analytical, scientific, or technical discipline, and/or equivalent education and experience. 5-10 years of experience of full stack development including: analysis, designing, developing, debugging, troubleshooting, and testing web applications; experience with ASP.NET Framework version 4.x above is required, working knowledge of ASP.NET Core 3.x above is a plus. Development experience in a general object-oriented language; C# is required. Experience with model-view-controller (MVC) frameworks such as ASP.NET. Experience developing and maintaining web services; experience with WCF and Web APIs preferable. Experience designing and maintaining user interfaces (UI) with HTML, JavaScript, CSS; experience working with JavaScript libraries such as jQuery, vue.js, Node.JS, vutify.js, Chart.js, Bootstrap preferable; experience with Telerik controls UI Ajax, Kendo UI preferable. Experience developing and maintaining data in relational databases; heavy SQL experience with Stored Procedures, Functions, performance tuning and PL/SQL is required. Working knowledge with PostgreSQL, performance tuning and optimization are plus. Experience with AWS Cloud technologies; preferable AWS Certified Developer certification. Experience deploying web application in a production environment using Internet Information Services (IIS 7.5+). Experience with SVN, TFS, Git or GitHub. Basic experience working with Microsoft Windows Server 2019 and above. Experience troubleshooting and supporting enterprise applications while maintaining 24/7 availability. Desired Experience with Agile methodology. Nice to have one or more technologies; an understanding of docker container concepts, commands and tools, DevOps practices, GitLab, CI/CD, python. Demonstrate ability to work in collaborative environment, attention to details, adaptability, time management and interpersonal skills.
