MUST :

Active DoD Secret Clearance and eligible for Top Secret

8+ years of experience in Cloud Engineering and Architecture

3+ years of experience implementing and managing O365 services in large enterprise environments

Extensive experience developing enterprise policies for internal and external content sharing and collaboration across all O365 core services (Teams, Exchange, OneDrive, SharePoint)

Hands-on experience implementing and monitoring controls across the suite of O365 Admin Centers

Strong experience designing and implementation of systems in cloud environments for both commercial and DoD clients

Well versed with various cloud environments including Azure, AWS And Google cloud strongly desired

Strong scripting and automation skills using PowerShell, REST API, etc

Well versed with DoD DevSecOps best practices

Strong detailed documentation skills

Strong communication skills both written and verbal

Ability to work well on a team and communication effectively with clients

Strong analytical and problem solving skills are a must

Active IAT level II cert or higher is required

Bachelor s Degree in IT related field or additional years of relevant experience in lieu of degree

DUTIES :

The ideal candidate will work as part of a team, will support and participate in governance discussions, requirements gathering, analysis, and propose technical solutions to implement, monitor, and maintain long term compliance with tenant baseline configurations across multiple unclassified and classified tenants

Using DevSecOps approaches to apply automation of tenant configurations using PowerShell, REST API, etc.

Guide automation engineers in automated deployments and monitoring of baseline configurations

Requirements gathering, tracking tasks, assigning resources, and ensuring timely delivery of desired configurations

Working with multiple Tenant Owners, Collaboration Partners, and Department Leadership to establish new baselines, define vendor priorities, and present findings to all levels within the Department

Support the development of cross functional or large-scale information systems to include enterprise architectures

Design system architectures to include the software, hardware, and communications to support the total requirements

Provide comprehensive definition of all aspects of system development from analysis of mission needs to verification of system performance

Perform evaluation of system alternatives and assessment of risks and costs
