Job Description Location: Washington DC. Maryland, or Northern Virginia Job Description LIS Solutions is seeking a Business Development Executive to drive the growth and diversification of the company across the Intelligence Services Market, including the Intelligence Community, Department of Defense, Federal Civilian Agencies, and/or other areas. This position reports directly to the President and works cooperatively with all areas of the business to achieve objectives. This individual will have extensive knowledge of the entire growth process and lead corporate customer engagement, opportunity identification and qualification efforts of Intelligence Services Market. The ideal candidate will possess experience developing and leading capture plans to include formulating winning strategies, gap analyses, competitive assessments, discriminators, key win themes, price to win and overall win strategy / value proposition. Duties and Responsibilities Market research and opportunity identification.
Strategic planning and business development.
Relationship building and networking.
Sales execution and deal closure.
Competitive analysis and market intelligence. Minimum Qualifications 10+ years of business development experience within the Intelligence Services market.
Proven track record of identifying, pursuing and winning Intelligence Services opportunities ($20M or more).
Top Secret clearance.
Outstanding verbal, written and inter-personal skills needed to communicate effectively and persuasively with personnel at all levels (customers, partners, and LIS).
