Currently, ManTech is seeking a motivated, career and customer-oriented Business Requirements Manager to join our team based out of Chantilly, VA. The role of a Business Requirements Manager primarily involves overseeing and driving projects to successful completion, with a preference for candidates who have experience in Program Management as part of a Program Management Office (PMO). This position requires a strong focus on process improvement, the implementation of new tools, and the rollout of new processes. The ideal candidate will possess robust project management skills, enabling them to effectively coordinate and collaborate with diverse stakeholders, ensuring that all action items are completed efficiently. Bringing together key stakeholders, aligning goals and driving project outcomes is a critical skill needed in the role. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Gathering Business Requirements Develop and prepare presentations. Strong communicator Understand how to manage data / information. Creating training documents Process Improvement implementation on a variety of Business Operations Supporting stakeholders with daily operational needs Vendor onboarding Improving Business Management Processes Project managing and administering a variety of strategic and business critical programs and initiatives. Reviewing, developing, implementing, and supporting policies, procedures and process functions across projects and platforms as necessary Having a dynamic approach to the delivery of tasks, be a self-starter and able to work in teams with multiple skillsets, whilst consulting with various stakeholders to ensure tasks are completed within a timely state. Developing and maintaining project plans, schedules, and action items Preparing and sharing weekly project status updates on all assignments Facilitate regular reporting (weekly, monthly, quarterly) as necessary for the assigned work or projects. Effectively communicate to all cross functional teams and stakeholders (internal & external) Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree A PMI Project Management Professional (PMP) certification ITIL v3 Certified. A minimum of ten (10) years of overall experience in Project and Program management A minimum of five (5) years of experience managing IT projects and programs Experience in monitoring program priorities, procedures, objectives, resource allocation, and areas of service. Clearance Requirements: Must be a U.S. Citizen. Must be able to obtain and maintain a U.S. Secret clearance. A current and active Secret clearance strongly preferred. Physical Requirements: Must be able to remain in stationary position for up to 50% of the time. Must be able to deliver clear and effective communication both verbally and non-verbally to deliver updates; briefings; or interface with co-workers; leadership as well as customer. Must be able to work in an office environment and be able to freely move within this space to utilize office equipment as well as interface with co-workers and customer. Must be able to effectively use IT peripherals such as laptop, desktop, printer, fax machine, etc. Must be able to deliver presentations as needed. Must be able to review; decipher and understand program manuals; software/hardware manuals; training manuals; etc. For all positions requiring access to technology/software source code that is subject to export control laws, employment with the company is contingent on either verifying U.S.-person status or obtaining any necessary license.
