Job Number: R Chief Cloud Architect, Senior Manager
Key Role: Develop solution architecture ( SA ) and resolve complex issues in a variety of projects through the implementation of requirements analysis, expertise support, and project supervision. Apply advanced theories, principles, and concepts. Contribute to the development of new principles and concepts. Lead the development of solutions to highly complex problems. Work with a wide latitude for unreviewed action or decision. Be responsible for supervision and development of first-level Supervisors or Managers. Basic Qualifications: 8+ years of experience designing, developing, operationalizing, and maintaining complex cloud applications or platforms at an enterprise scale
Experience in business development, including architecting enterprise systems and aligning them with government evaluation criteria and statements of work
Knowledge of System Engineering practices and ITSM
Ability to supervise others and lead projects and deliverables within a collaborative, cross-functional team environment
Ability to work directly with government clients and help translate their goals into te chn ical solutions
Active TS/SCI clearance; willingness to take a polygraph exam Bachelor's degree
Ability to obtain Security+ CE, SSCP, CCNA-Security, or GSEC Certification within 6 months of hire Additional Qualifications: 5+ years of experience with UNIX and Linux, including basic commands and Shell scripting 5+ years of experience with Agile engineering practices
Experience architecting solutions on AWS, Azure, Oracle, or Google Cloud services
Experience implementing ITSM or IT Operations practices
Experience with space systems in the Intelligence Community
TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Developer, or SysOps Asso cia te Certification Clearance: Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information ; TS/SCI clearance is required. Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $122,200.00 to $227,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
