Stellar Solutions Inc. is looking for a Contracts Business Partner/Director of Intel Contracts with expertise in both contract management, project control, and project leadership. The ideal candidate will be versatile, capable of handling various roles, and dedicated to fostering a family-oriented culture. As the Contracts Business Partner, you will serve as the external representative for all contractual matters with government, prime, and commercial customers. You will oversee and manage all aspects of corporate contracts with customers and subcontractors, working closely with sector leads, accounting and finance, security, and corporate management. Role/Responsibilities/Qualifications Duties in this Role: Review of RFPs, participate in proposal strategy sessions and management of contracts/subcontracts volumes Creates, reviews, negotiates and maintains all non-disclosure and teaming agreements Participates in negotiations of contracts with customers and subcontractors Drafts and manages all subcontracts Oversees all aspects of contract compliance including export Oversees corporate Organizational Conflict of Interest (OCI) policies. Interfaces with customers, subcontractors, sector leads and management on any OCI discussions Provides direct support to Intel sector Vice Presidents Administers existing contracts with customers and subcontractors Manage and administer the reporting of contracts in the Unanet financial system Support the preparation of monthly contracts status reports to management and customers Qualifications Knowledge of government contracting laws, cost accounting standards rules and regulations including, but not limited to Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR), the Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS) and commercial items contracting requirements Experience working with government contracting officers, prime contractors and subcontractors Experience with program control Strong written and verbal communication skills. Strong negotiation skills Willingness to take on many tasks and projects within the organization, including developing internal policies, procedures and training Customer oriented attitude Desired skills: Comfortable with customer engagements Government proposal experience Minimum Education Requirements: Bachelor's degree in relevant field Advanced degree a plus Security Clearance and Background: Must have Top Secret clearance with an SCI Location/Travel Requirements: Primary location - our Chantilly, Virginia office Compensation: The typical pay range for this position is USD $165,000 - $220,000 per year, total package. Individual pay is determined by many factors including work location, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. This position is also eligible for a discretionary annual performance bonus, and a full benefits package including a significant profit-sharing retirement savings plan (all included as part of the package).
