Are you passionate about creating clean and welcoming spaces? RCS Building Services is seeking diligent and detail-oriented Custodians/Janitors to join our team. We have openings for Supervisor, Day Shift, and Night Shift roles. In these roles, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and orderliness of various facilities, ensuring a safe and pleasant environment for all occupants. Location: Chantilly, VA
Terms: Full-time
Schedule: On-site
Travel: Local Area An active TS/SCI clearance is required to apply Qualifications
Previous experience in custodial or janitorial work is preferred but not required.
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to cleanliness.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude.
For Supervisor role: Proven leadership skills and experience managing a team. Key Responsibilities:
Perform routine cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming floors.
Clean and sanitize restrooms, kitchens, and other common areas.
Empty trash and recycling bins and ensure proper disposal of waste.
Replenish supplies such as soap, paper towels, and toilet paper.
Monitor and report any maintenance or repair needs.
Follow safety protocols and handle cleaning chemicals responsibly.
