The Opportunity: The Booz Allen Hamilton Earned Value Management (EVM) Office is seeking an experienced, driven, and disciplined EVM Project Cost Analyst to lead EVM Operations from the project finance and cost control perspective and facilitate program cost and schedule inputs within the EVM Cost Tool, Deltek Cobra. This opportunity interfaces with multiple project management personnel to facilitate effective and efficient EIA-748 caliber EVM Cost and Schedule Data Integration, Validation, and Analytics. Routine operations include supporting program planning, startup activities, supporting the establishment of budget targets with CAMs/PMs, creating program Control Account and Work Package structure, importing schedule and resource data into the EVM Cost Tool, facilitating monthly EVM Business Rhythm activities, assessing Estimate at Completions (EACs), conducting data quality, validation, and DCMA EV Compliance Metrics (DECM) checks, supporting Variance Analysis, and instilling appropriate change management and control principles. You Have: 3+ years of experience in a professional program finance or cost control role Experience on a program with EIA-748 Earned Value Management System (EVMS) requirements, IMS and CPR/IPMR/IPMDAR Deliverables Experience using an EVM Cost Tools, such as Deltek Cobra Experience with Microsoft Excel formulas and pivot tables Experience with Microsoft Office applications Ability to present complex data to non-technical stakeholders Ability to perform detailed cost analysis and variance reporting Ability to obtain a Secret clearance HS diploma or GED Nice If You Have: Experience with large-scale projects in industries, such as defense, aerospace, or IT Experience with DCMA EV Compliance Metrics (DECM) Experience with Integrated Baseline Reviews (IBRs) Experience with Agile Methodology and with Atlassian tools, including JIRA and Confluence Experience with Cost and Software Data Reporting (CSDR) 1921 Legacy Reports or Cost & Hour (Flex File) and Quantity Reports Knowledge of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplemental (DFARS) Possession of excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, Possession of strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality results Professional Certifications, such as PMP or EVM Certifications Clearance: Applicants selected may be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information. Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $75,600.00 to $172,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
