Responsibilities:
PRIMARY FUNCTION
Arcfield is seeking an entry level Financial Analyst.
This position is primarily responsible for assisting with reviewing and approving both travel and non travel expense reports according to company travel and expense report policies. In addition, this person will work with the Treasurer to aid in the Company's treasury operations and controls, including cash and liquidity management, treasury reporting, and special projects as assigned. In addition, this role will learn about the Company's banking relationships with its commercial banking partners as well as corporate credit card programs and merchant account services. The Financial Analyst will also work closely with other professionals on the Finance Team including the CFO, FP&A and Accounting as well as members of the Company's Legal, and Operations Teams.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
• Review and approve travel expense reports
• Review and approve non travel expense reports
• Monitor and assist with incoming email and Teams inquiries
• Assist with government compliance requests
• Make suggestions for modifications to the company's processes and procedures
• Ability to help train employees
• Assist with testing product updates, upgrades, or new products
• Help administer corporate credit card program
• Special projects, as required

EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
• Bachelor's Degree in business, finance and/or accounting
• 0 to 2 years of accounting / finance experience
