Responsibilities:
The individual selected for this position will support the Customer's organization responsible for cyber activities, analysis and reporting. This includes providing Front Office Systems Integration (SI) and Project/Portfolio management support. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:
Be the focal point for responding to taskings/actions assigned to the Group in support of a special access program; track all incoming actions to closure; coordinate with Program Managers and Senior Leadership, as applicable, to ensure timely delivery of coordinated responses
Work closely with Senior Leadership and other Groups to provide reporting, ensure requisite coordination, and monitor the associated workflow for high-visibility programs and activities
Collaborate/coordinate with other organizations, as necessary, by providing background information and materials in support of mission-related activities and briefings
Assist with meeting/briefing preparation; provide background and reference information and materials; facilitate meetings and capture minutes and follow-on actions, as required
Develop and implement communication strategies to keep the Group informed
Coordinate with Group Leadership and Division Leadership on communications materials and content
Provide back-up support to other members of the SI team for other IT, mission and programmatic activities
Other responsibilities/skills:

Outstanding written and oral communication skills; ability to communicate effectively with a variety of audiences
Analytic skills sufficient to analyze complicated and/or sensitive information to address moderately complex mission-related issues
Action Item Management expertise - tracking, coordination of responses, reports/metrics, etc.
Previous project/program management experience
Demonstrates ability to multi-task and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
Outstanding organization skills
Demonstrates business and political acumen
Expert knowledge of Microsoft Office Tool suite and WordPress
Keen attention to details to track a variety of tasks, actions, events

Qualifications:
Must possess and be able to maintain TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph
A degree (or equivalent experience) in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or a scientific or technical discipline
BS 10-12, MS 8-10, PhD 5-7
Ability to fully coordinate master project schedules
Ability to coordinate information flow that occurs between all programs and organizational managers
Ability to establish functional and technical specifications and standards, solve hardware and software interface problems, define input/output parameters, and ensure integration of the entire system or subsystem
Provides a total systems perspective including a technical understanding of relationships, dependencies, and requirements of hardware and software components
Desired Qualifications:
Ability to test and evaluate hardware and software to determine efficiency, reliability, and compatibility with existing systems
Identifying measures or indicators of system performance and the actions needed to improve or correct performance, relative to the goals of the system
Ability to work in a dynamic and challenging environment
Ability to coordinate with engineers, systems analysts, programmers, technicians, scientist and top-level managers in the design, testing, and evaluation of systems
