We provide Subject Matter Experts (SME) free of Organizational Conflicts of Interest (OCI) focused on independent analysis and mission support services within the disciplines of Engineering, Counter Terrorism Operations, Management, Information Technology, Signals Analysis, Administration, Cyber Security and Linguistics. FTS has an opportunity for an Outreach Coordinator in Chantilly, VA. The Outreach Coordinator provides SETA services to an IC customer responsible for conducting basic and applied Research and Development (R&D), maturing and transitioning promising technologies to evolve and revolutionize GEOINT, SIGINT, resiliency, and communications overhead applications. Responsibilities Develop, manage, and execute strategic communication plans in alignment with organizational objectives Create clear, concise, and compelling presentations and messaging for internal and external audiences, ensuring they align with overall communication objectives/strategies Collaborate with senior leadership to shape communications strategies that enhance engagement and influence key stakeholders within the IC and/or DoD Develop high-quality presentation materials (e.g., PowerPoint decks, executive briefs, infographics) tailored to diverse audiences, including senior government officials, military personnel, and industry partners Deliver presentations to senior-level stakeholders with confidence, professionalism, and clarity, adapting content to audience needs Monitor and assess the effectiveness of communication strategies and recommend adjustments as needed Required Skills/Qualifications TS/SCI with polygraph BS STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, or Math) in engineering discipline 10+ years' relevant experience Experience providing acquisition support to include working budgets, schedules, contracts (drafting SOWs, CDRLs, RFPs), and supporting source selection efforts Demonstrated familiarity of spacecraft technologies, concepts, and systems Strong interpersonal skill with effective technical writing and briefing skills Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic and energetic setting Experience interacting with government agencies to include NRO, NASA, DOE, DoD (including labs) Strong working knowledge of MS office applications, especially Power Point FTS International, LLC is an equal opportunity and affirmative action employer that does not discriminate on the basis of race, national origin, religion, age, color, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, disability, or protected veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by local, state, or federal laws, rules, or regulations.
