Our work depends on Program Control Manager joining our team to provide administrative and operational leadership to our projects. HOW A PROGRAM CONTROL MANAGER WILL MAKE AN IMPACT Manages and is responsible for the successful completion of all tasks in assigned project.
Participates in the development of technical project plans, proposals, reports, schedules and task order and administrative reporting.
Prepare and review contract deliverable items to include briefings, Contract Funds Status Report, meeting notes/minutes and other items required by the client.
Conducts planning and provides recommendations to client on task workload Manages risk tracking process
Attends customer meetings and serve as client liaison
Interacts with vendors, other agencies, and other client staff and stakeholders
Review subcontractor's delivery plans and financial invoices.
Coordinates development of deliverables and products
Ensures quality assurance of project deliverables
Maintains current knowledge of relevant technology as assigned
Participates in special projects as required. WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO SUCCEED:
• Education: Bachelor of Arts/Bachelor of Science
• Required Experience: 5+ years of related experience
• Security Clearance Level: TS/SCI with Polygraph
• Required Skills and Abilities: Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Effective customer service skills to anticipate customer challenges
Effective administrative and organizational skills
Effective people management skills
Advanced knowledge of company policies, processes, and procedures Understanding of financial management policies, processes, and procedures Awareness of company strategic goals and how they align to business operations • Preferred Skills: MS Office suite

This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
