Job Number: R Project Control Analyst

That's why we need you, a Project Control Analyst who can navigate the requirements, policies , and regulations that govern funding, to make sure Space and Intel resources can make the most impact. As a Project Control Analyst on our team, you'll will be responsible for a wide variety of detailed finan cia l and administrative activities for moderate-to-large sized programs, organizations, or proposals. You'll perform detailed finan cia l and program control activities, including assisting with budget ing, reporting, estimating, and analysis for full contract life cycle support. You'll analyze budget s, authorize budget expenditures, provide work leadership to junior employees, monitor expenses, perform cost and schedule variance analysis, and provide resulting recommendations. You'll prepare the cost-to-complete, including supporting estimates and contract deliverables, resp ond to contract and program data calls, and participate in contract terms and c ond itions and statement of work reviews. You'll also prepare detailed finan cia l program management reviews, provide a status of key performance metrics for the firm, anticipate and resp ond to customer needs, and serve as a primary point of contact for customers. Join us. The world can't wait. You Have: 5+ years of experience with finan cia l management or in a finan cia l program control environment
Experience with finan cia l modeling, including funding analyses, and cost and revenue projections
Knowledge of Micro sof t Excel, including formulas and functions for calculation and analysis
Ability to identify, research, discuss, and resolve administrative and finan cia l issues independently and as part of a team, set priorities that balance service and control, and manage and track multiple initiatives
Ability to be a team player, work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, and adapt to changing requirements
Ability to thi nk analytically, c ond uct trend analysis, and accomplish finan cia l forecasts based on bottoms-up analysis and historical trends
Ability to identify program risks, assist with asso cia ted mitigation plans, and assist with identifying and prioritizing requirements
Ability to collect and analyze data from multiple sources, summarize it, and read and interpret contractual requirements appropriately
Ability to obtain a TS/SCI clearance Bachelor's degree Nice If You Have: Experience with Service Framework, CFSR, BMR, and CAMT reporting
Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills
Possession of excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $67,700.00 to $154,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
