Work Environment: This role will be located in Chantilly, VA , and will be expected to travel between our facilities in Chantilly and Springfield, VA. T his position is expected to be onsite 100%. Key Responsibilities. Monitor project progress and ensure compliance with initial plans and project specifications.
Analyze, manage and mitigate risks.
Prepare detailed reports to update management on project status.
Collaborate with project managers and other project participants to provide financial and technical support.
Maintain Quality Control: Implement and maintain quality control measures to ensure that all installations and repairs meet or exceed the set standards.
Facilitate Team Communication: Ensure clear and consistent communication within the team and with other project stakeholders to keep everyone informed and aligned on project goals and updates.
Other duties as required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
10+ years of proven experience in project management and project controls.
Strong analytical skills and experience with project management tools.
Excellent attention to detail and the ability to problem-solve.
High School Diploma or GED: Required as a basic educational foundation.
Attention to Detail: Precision and attention to detail to ensure high-quality service delivery and compliance with safety standards.
Adaptability: Flexibility to adapt to changing conditions, technologies, and requirements.
Decision-Making Ability: Strong decision-making skills to resolve issues quickly and effectively under pressure. Clearance: Must possess an active U.S Government Top Secret security clearance with SCI eligibility required. Willingness to take a polygraph and upgrade clearance as required.
