Responsibilities

Perform requirements collection and documentation for software solutions to be delivered.

Coordinate Government reviews and obtain written Government approval on all requirements for implementation and documentation developed.

Deliver all documentation including diagrams digitally using one or more of the following formats: PDF, DOC, PPT, XLS.

Deliver all documentation to include but not limited to business process workflows, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), system design, knowledge transfer files, and training for solutions delivered. Documentation SHOULD include but not limited to a bill of materials, as built drawings, wiring diagrams, contractor manuals, manufacture manuals, warranty information, SOPs, default settings, source code, usernames/passwords, thermal analysis/mitigation, power consumption information, STIG checklist and training documents.

Deliver all diagrams developed as part of this effort, in the native file format, for the tool that was used to develop those diagrams.

Qualifications and Skills

Minimum of 7 years of experience in requirements management, business analysis, or a related field.

Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and requirements gathering methodologies.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact with stakeholders at all levels.

Proficiency in using requirements management tools such as JIRA, Confluence, or similar platforms.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

Experience with creating comprehensive documentation including use cases, user stories, and functional specifications.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Proficiency with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Education

Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field from an accredited institution.

Conditions of Employment

Must be legally authorized to work in the United States of America. Sponsorship will not be a part of this contract.

Must successfully complete a Blue Sky and customer background screening.

Clearance - An active TS/SCI Security Clearance required.
