Position Overview As a Senior Application Developer/Business Process Administrator, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and implementing solutions within the ServiceNow platform. You will be responsible for maintaining and performing continual service improvements on the following implemented modules: (ITSM, HRSD, WSD, SPM). You will be responsible for transitioning other applications such as SharePoint to ServiceNow. Responsibilities Position provides support in designing, developing, implementing, and optimizing information management and workflow solutions in the ServiceNow platform. Position also responsible for maintaining and providing continuous improvement, to include the implemented modules (ITSM, HRSD, WSD, SPM). Position is responsible for establishing new capabilities as well as transitioning other business workflows from applications such as SharePoint. Participates in the collection of requirements, the analysis of workflows, and recommend/execute solutions in close cooperation with stakeholders, leaders and other Knowledge Management teammates. Participation will include gathering requirements and translating them into technical solutions. Responsible for documentation of developed products and change management. Also expected to perform operational administrative tasks, assist with report creation and dashboard configuration and maintenance. Requires excellent teamwork, customer service and technical skills to optimize business processes for effective mission delivery. Required Qualifications Expected Qualifications (Would consider talent that didn't meet all qualifications, i.e. experience over the Bachelor's requirement : 5+ Years of in-depth knowledge of implementing ServiceNow Architecture and ServiceNow Scripting 5+ Years of Hands-on experience with ServiceNow development. Preferred modules: ITSM, HRSD, WSD, SPM 5+ Years of Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and REST APIs 5+ years' Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment. 10 years troubleshooting production problems related to software applications. Bachelor's degree in IT or related field with equivalent experience in one or more of the following: ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD), Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS), or Certified System Administrator (CSA). Able to communicate clearly, able to translate technical jargon into layman's terms for explanatory purposes Possesses strong problem-solving and analytical skills, ability to think creatively Able to handle confidential and sensitive information responsibly Professional and team-focused attitude Security Clearance: Active Top Secret/SCI clearance adjudicated within the past 6 years OR TS with SCI eligibilty.
