Job description

Overview Our Senior Contract Analyst will utilize and enhance their skills in goverment contracting and analysis by supporting programs related to the development and acquisition of space vehicles for various legacy programs of the DOD and Intelligence communities. The support and expertise you provide will directly impact the objectives of our national defense and security. Responsibilities Prepare contract award and modifications that comply with NRO Acquisition Manual (NAM) and Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) guidelines Generate contract documents for review and signature/approval, and develop related contract documents (such as Justifications and Approvals, pre-negotiation and price negotiation memorandums, acquisition plans, etc.) Maintain configuration control of contract documentation Advise COTRs and other staff personnel on contract processes Collect and analyze market research Recommend contract types to meet acquisition requirements/strategies Generate Acquisition Research Center (ARC) postings Generate briefing charts Facilitate competitive acquisitions Prepare proposal debriefing charts Support protest responses Analyze Proposals Recommend negotiation positions Cognizant of Government property on contracts Identify indicators of fraud or other legal offenses Settlements, and other related activities including organizing the office Award Fee Briefing with the Fee Determining Official, coordinating the office contracts response to TIER actions, and maintaining the consolidated list of contractor schedules for all office contracts Skills Required NRO experience required; other Intelligence Community (IC) experience is a plus Active TS/SCI Clearance with CI poly required Bachelor's degree required, Master degree is a plus Education Bachelor's degree required, preferably in math, engineering, business, or the sciences.
