Job Description:
NS2 Mission is seeking a Software Testerto join our innovative teamin Chantilly, VA. As a Software Tester, you willdefine and develop test standards for the testing of information technology products, equipment, or systems in accordance with company and contractual requirements. The Software Tester reviews and evaluates complex test specifications, test results, test trends and implements corrective action as needed. You will be responsible for determining optimal approach to testing complex products or solutions to assure compliance with applicable specifications. This includes identifying and recommending product or solution characteristics that optimize their ability to be tested or to provide test data for diagnostic purposes. The Software Tester combines customer contractual needs and requirements into system test solutions that acknowledges technical, schedule and cost constraints. The Software Tester develops and directs preparation and execution of comprehensive test plans, procedures, and schedules for completing systems. You will coordinate integrated testing activities, reviews, and evaluate test requirements to ensure completeness of test program, perform technical analysis of complete systems and prepare comprehensive system level evaluations.
Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent, and 5 - 7 years of related experience.
CompTIA Security+ certification Experience with: Agile environment,Scrum,Automated testing,Security testing,MS TFS,Zap (security testing)
Skills including: organizational skills,leadership skills,project management skills,negotiation skills,people management skills,time management skills,problem-solving ability,analytical and logical skillsDesired Qualifications: ISTQB CertifiedTester or equivalent
Familiarity withload testing
DevOps Visual StudioPosition Clearance Requirement:
TS/SCI with polygraph
