Description SAIC is seeking a Solution Train Engineer to work on the LANDMARK AOS program in Chantilly, VA. LANDMARK AOS is a large SETA contract, supporting the customer's Ground Enterprise Directorate (GED), responsible for the acquisition of systems over the complete end-to-end life cycle. Responsibilities include to include: Responsible for overseeing and guiding the activities of all Agile Release Trains within the Solution Train. Ensures that Solution Epics in the Solution Backlog are properly prioritized, a Roadmap is established, and the Agile Release Trains maintain their cadence. Collaborates with teams and the Solution Architect/Engineer to foster alignment and coordination. Works closely with the Government Solution Manager and other stakeholders to ensure strategic alignment and effective execution. Provides daily or weekly progress updates to the Government Solution Manager, reporting on the status of the Solution and Agile Release Trains. Qualifications Required Education and Experience: Bachelors and five (5) years or more experience; Masters and three (3) years or more experience; PhD and 0 years related experience. Relevant experience to be substituted in lieu of degree. Active Top Secret/SCI clearance with Polygraph Experience using Agile project management tools, such as Jira, etc. Knowledgeable of Agile frameworks Demonstrated capability and success working in team environments Strong oral and written communications ability on significant technical matters often requiring coordination within a high-tempo environment Good working knowledge of MS Office applications SAIC accepts applications on an ongoing basis and there is no deadline. Covid Policy: SAIC does not require COVID-19 vaccinations or boosters. Customer site vaccination requirements must be followed when work is performed at a customer site.
