Responsibilities Seeking a highly professional, tactful, and mission driven candidate to support the customer. The successful candidate must be detailed oriented, personable, and able to work with stakeholders to ensure a variety of activities are organized and accomplished. This person will support the customer leadership team in gathering resources and information to implement upcoming projects. The ideal candidate will have strategic communications experience and strong skills in work-plan development and progress-tracking. The candidate will also prepare and present updates regularly to relevant management channels, ensuring that the strategic goals are being achieved. Main duties include organizing, participating, and capturing stakeholder meetings and developing solutions to ensure all deadlines for certain projects are met. The candidate will be responsible for translating the customer's business requirements into specific systems, applications, or process designs. The candidate will plan, implement, document, and maintain enterprise-wide solutions. The position will report to the Customer Chief of Staff. The candidate will work closely with the Front Office to support the advancement and focus of the organization's evolution and strategic direction. The candidate will support activities to include: Translate operational requirements into strategic direction.
Validate, document, and manage stakeholder expectations.
Support documentation reviews and coordination.
Support programmatic workflow development.
Support milestone readiness and program portfolio planning.
Requirements tracking.
Framework development for mission efficiency and effectiveness.
Other ad hoc tasking as required.Qualifications Required Qualifications: TS/SCI with Polygraph level clearance is required.
BA/BS and 8+ years of experience or Masters and 6+ years of experience; an additional four years of experience may be considered in lieu of degree.
Ability to support senior customer managers with the capture and documentation of strategy development and production of briefing materials for senior leadership.
Ability to support communication efforts, drafting emails, meeting notes, etc. with various stakeholders to ensure coordination and information flow.
Ability to capture data and integrate it into presentations for the customers compliance review board briefings. Experience in capturing information and building strategic presentations and documentation.
Experience with programmatic activities including tracking actions, documenting management decisions, and maintaining configuration management and providing seamless support to Front Office systems and processes.
Ability to support planning, meeting organization, drafting meeting agendas, etc.
Ability to collect and assemble office-wide input for recurring meetings with senior leadership.
Ability to support the planning for customer events, such as quarterly all-hands meetings, offsites, technical exchange meetings.
Confluence/SharePoint/Hive proficient user.Desired Qualifications Prior customer experience across the organization.
Experience supporting senior level management.

Target Salary Range $112,000 - $179,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
