The Strategic Plans and Outreach Support Specialist will provide segment, enterprise, and intelligence community level knowledge to assist with strategic integration across the Agency offices and to assist with outreach and awareness. You will be working within multi-disciplinary hardware, software, system integration, and data analysis/collections teams that are creating systems that support our customer's missions/requirements. This is a contingent position based upon contract award Responsibilities: Support outreach activities to include informing, educating and interacting with key members of the Department of Defense and Intelligence Communities, and coordinating and distributing material to internal and external management
Manage Outreach and Engagements meeting processes and procedures to include scheduling meetings
Attend strategic planning meetings and working groups; prepare meeting agendas
Analyze and assign or perform actions as appropriate and track actions to closure
Coordinate internally and externally to develop content for strategic executive-level presentations and documents, including technical, programmatic or graphics materials such as conference presentations, program overview and capabilities briefings, and GED fact sheets
Develop and maintain points of contact for engagement and support efforts across the enterprise
Take meeting notes and provide precise meeting minutes, and update Engagement confluence pages Required Qualifications: Active TS/SCI with CI Poly Required
Bachelor of Science/Bachelor of Arts (BS/BA) in Technical or Business field, with 10+ years of experience
Demonstrated experience working with Intelligence Community and/or DOD programs
Demonstrated experience in NRO programs
Demonstrated experience interacting with senior executives to include writing correspondence or white papers, developing executive briefings, and participating in executive level meetings
Strong organizational and communication skills
Experience with Confluence/JIRA Highly Desired Qualifications: Knowledge of the NRO System Engineering process
Experience with Model Based Systems Engineering
Experience with SIGINT and GEOINT systems
