Subcontracts Administrator - Federal & Construction Focus

Location: Chantilly, VA (Hybrid - 2 days in office, 3 days remote)

Salary: $85,000 - $90,000

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Manage contracts & subcontracts in services and construction, ensuring compliance with FAR regulations.
  • Negotiate terms with subcontractors, managing risk and compliance.
  • Review proposals from federal solicitations and subcontractors.
  • Maintain subcontract data in internal databases and GSA Schedule reporting systems.
  • Ensure accuracy and compliance in agreements such as NDAs, Teaming, and Subcontract agreements.
  • Contribute to audits and insurance renewals through data compilation.

What We're Looking For:

  • 3+ years of experience in government contracting, especially within the construction and services sectors.
  • Strong knowledge of Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR).
  • Experience with GSA Reporting Systems, SAM, CPARS, and subcontracting for government contractors is a plus.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Adobe Reader Professional.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain Top Secret clearance.
  • Familiarity with eMARS (helpful but not required).
