Responsibilities:
Join a winning team! Be part of a dynamic team that delivers excellence and quality for the NRO's Mission Integration Directorate (MID). Sciolex is seeking to fill an opening for a Systems Engineering and Technical Assistance (SETA) USCYBERCOM Outreach Representative. The customer organization we support provides the outreach representing the NRO at Combatant Commands (CCMDs) for assigned accounts that includes NRO SETA to USCYBERCOM, providing direct liaison and support to weekly meetings at NSA Overhead Program Division (OPD), coordinating offensive cyber opportunities for USCYBERCOM and the NRO. Make a difference in securing our nation's security through quality Outreach support of NRO's tools and capabilities.
The ideal representative will perform engagements across the Intelligence Community utilizing customer domain experience / expertise across all disciplines.
Provide technical knowledge and guidance on current and developmental NRO capabilities that can enable cyber ops.
Embedded within the NSA NITRO, the NRO engagement rep will promote collaboration between Joint Staff and the NRO and provide briefings for senior decision makers.
Support efforts regarding Space Cyber Vulnerabilities assessments and development of Defensive Cyber Policy for the NRO
Work to expand develop NRO understanding of Space Vulnerabilities
Coordinate with NRO Directorates for new USCYBERCOM opportunities as they develop and provide direct interface between developers and USCYBERCOM staff.
Assess system outage impacts and advise NRO on CYBERCOM issues as they relate to DTRA, DARPA, NASIC, MDA DEFSMAC, USD(I) SIGCOM, WCPMC and the state department.
Provide training on NRO multi-INT and multi-domain tools that enable IC and DoD cyber operations and analytical efficiency.
Provide daily ops issues/impacts to customers.
Facilitate the delivery of NRO/MID PRODUCTS AND SERVICES
Maximize the use and utility of National Systems Data and Overhead Collection in support of the customer.
Qualifications & Physical Requirements:
Active TS/SCI clearance with CI polygraph
Bachelor's degree and 9+ year's professional related experience
Must be highly self-motivated; strong technical and leadership background; professional and tactful under pressure; effective negotiation and diplomatic skills.
Must have excellent communications skills, both written and verbal, for coordinated communications with organization and representatives throughout the IC and DOD, including senior military and government civilian personnel and contractors
Understanding of the intelligence community and customer domain, along with a strong Proven experience with technical fundamentals in IC space collectors, command and control, mission control, and mission processing
Experience identifying user needs and gaps, identifying potential solutions, and assessing/analyzing alternatives.
Demonstrated ability to work in a fast paced, dynamic, and energetic environment.
Customer focused and capable of representing the customer in community forums.
Knowledge of SIGINT and GEOINT remote sensing systems, protection, and overall space and ground architecture including mission management and/or mission processing functions
