Responsibilities We are seeking a DevOps Engineer for a technical development program supporting the Sponsor's access and identify management programs in Northern Virginia! In this role, you will be part of a DevOps team that collaborates with the development, engineering and operations and maintenance (O&M) teams to identify and address bottlenecks in the system maintenance life-cycle. Duties, Tasks & Responsibilities Monitoring and managing infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance, security and scalability Troubleshooting and support resolving issues related to applications, deployment and operations Support the implementation and maintenance of version control systems, configuration management tools and other related technologies Qualifications Required Experience, Education, Skills & Technologies Active TS/SCI with Full Scope Polygraph Although there are exceptions based on the mix of experience and formal education, the position typically requires Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in an IT field 11-16 years of relevant experience Candidate should be proficient with tools similar to the following: GitLab, Jenkins, Puppet Experience with scripting and programming languages like BASH and Python Experience with AWS to include the following; EC2, Cloud Formation, IAM Experience with ELK (Elasticsearch, Logstash, and Kibana) to include; Creating and configuring monitoring metrics, reports, dashboards, alerts and logs with Kibana Experience with other monitoring tools such as Nagios and AWS CloudWatch Experience in working on teams utilizing Agile work-flows and processes Security Clearance Level Active TS/SCI with Full Scope Polygraph Work Schedule Full-time on-site Benefits Offered Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, Short-Term Disability, Long-Term Disability, 401(k) match, Tuition/Training Assistance, Parental Leave, Paid Time Off, and Holidays.
