If you are looking for a place to not only be professionally challenged, but encouraged and supported by a company that cares, don't look any further than Cornerstone Defense. is seeking an experienced Systems Integrator to support the establishment and sustainment of a technology engagement and technology requirements program for the Customer. The team is charged with creating a framework that promotes a broader corporate understanding of internal Customer R&D work and builds sustained relationships with R&D partners throughout government, military, academia, and industry. Key duties for the successful candidate include, but are not limited to, the following: Operate independently and be reliable, trustworthy, and committed to program an team success. Possess strong interpersonal skills with the ability to establish professional rapport in a small team environment and in exchanges with senior Customers and partners. Design and orchestrate workflows, business rules, processes, and SOPs. Support creation of review products such as guides, handbooks, and job aids. Create effective data handling processes, and be able to communicate processes effectively with team and Customers. Parse data and create visualizations to identify trends and report impact of projects. Collect and analyze R&D portfolio and project inventory information. Identify and track long-term mission needs and challenges. Engage and build relationships with R&D internal and external partners. Create content for R&D portfolio marketing and leadership briefings. Manage internal team meetings and daily operational activities. Implement information management and knowledge management. Ability to attend in-person and virtual meetings as needed. Qualifications: Must have current TS/SCI clearance with full-scope polygraph. Bachelor's Degree (four years of relevant experience may substitute in lieu of a degree) and (14) years or more of related experience. Masters and (12) years or more experience; PhD or JD and (9) years or more experience. Established record of processing data and creating visualizations of presentations to communicate concepts to senior levels of the Customer. Record of accomplishment supporting the Customer on planning, implementing, and tracking team initiatives and deliverables. Outstanding coordination skills and ability to build strong customer relationships, along with a high comfort level managing multiple requirements. Ability to use MS Office applications and other tools, including virtual platforms, to track initiatives and actions. Tableau experience highly desirable. Strong executive presence with successful experience supporting customer of all levels, including providing regular status updates and briefings.
